Anyone have any ideas of what would cause this condition?

 

Bank 2 is the passenger side.

There are a couple reasons that code could be thrown.

1. Intake manifold gasket leak on the passenger side would cause that bank to be lean.

2. Exhaust leak upstream or near the passenger side O2 sensor.

3. Maybe a clogged fuel injector on a cylinder could do it too.
