most of the these codes are set in the morning when you first start your truck. its the intake gaskets. we do a lot of them at my shop. there are updated gaskets that are a different color. if you can check the failure record and see if the codes were set when the truck was in open loop.

The only way that your TB install could cause those codes would have to deal with the TB to intake manifold seal or maybe a vacuum hose was left/knocked loose causing unmetered air to enter, or like gmtech said your intake to head gaskets are leaking, I think theres a TSB for 04 models and they are kinda tricky to diag if you havent done so before.

Damn so how do i know for sure if it's the intake gasket. What do i need to use to clean my MAF sensor can i just use water? If it's my intake gasket whats the best one i can get I might even get a whole new intake if so What Kind should I go with for direct replacement.LS6 I think might be a little to involved for me.

As far as diagnosis... the few Ive done I found that the ST fuel trims would rise rapidly at idle, but would be fine driving around, also the intake vaccum (MAP) was reading higher than normal. You can try to spary some carb cleaner around the base of the intake to see if you can find the leak but Ive never heard of this being successful with these intakes. To clean the MAF... DONT USE WATER, you can use electrical contact cleaner-brake cleaner, carb cleaner works also- if your carefull and dont drown the sensor in the stuff. The gaskets alone run around 100$ from GM pt#89017589, the manifold runs around 500$. Its usualy just the gaskets but I have seen an intake manifold that was warped.

trust me if you cant find any other vacuum leaks and it sets after you start it up then its the intake gaskets. and there not hard to change. you can do it in less than an hour.

Well i've tightened all the clamps after the maf sensor and torqued the throttle body down a little tighter. didn't find and disconnected hoses or wires. I cleaned my maf sensor and throttle body. Only thing i have left to clean is the air filter it's self. Ill find out tomorrow morning if the light will come back on.

those drive by wire Tb's are kinda goofy try starting it a few times and then turning it off. did it rev up high when you first started it?
