Torque Management? Do you have a custom tune?

if you have an electronic throttle, check B0401 and B0402, brake torque management.

Brake Torque Management (BTM) is used to reduce engine power by cutting cylinders and reducing the pedal opening on ETC vehicles when your foot is held on the brake in gear and the accelerator is pressed (stalling up the vehicle).

You have to remember too that a procharger doesn't build power until higher up in the rpm range....at low rpm's (under ~3000) you're only making slightly more than stock power

BTM can be disabled in the tune. Otherwise RPMs will be limited if your foot is on the brake.
