Default BCM Programming Question

Guys I need to replace the BCM in my 2005 Sierra, while I was troubleshooting the constant draw on the battery I removed the XM radio module along with the OnStar module because I have no need for them. I bought a new AC/Delco BCM and I know I can get the truck to the dealership for programming. My question is this, will there be any problem programming the BCM with the two modules removed? Thanks for any help.

It will need to be installed for programing. The Xm and Onstar is not needed for that though.
