p0742 after segment swap and new 4l80e

Default p0742 after segment swap and new 4l80e
I'm getting a p0742 error code after installing a new 4l80E. I repined my 60E harness and my tuner did the segment swap. I'm fairly certain its a wiring or tuning issue. I've read on some of the hptuner forums that the p0742 error code needs to be deleted. Does anybody know if this is a tuning issue?

Bump for more info. What year truck are you working on? Can you share a copy of the wiring diagram you used for the repining?
