Default Battery Voltage

I can download all the settings from my pcm and save the tune file but when I go to upload the new tune with the changes I get "battery voltage to low or to high" and then it says the upload was successful. When I take a reading again the changes are not there and everything is the same. I made sure all my interior light are off and the battery is not dead. Anyone have an idea of whats wrong or some way to get around this?

Edit: This is in EFI Live.

what is your battery voltage?

I tried tuning a buddy of mines truck and it gave me that message, but his battery was on its way out so i hooked up jumper cables from my truck to his and waited about 15 mintues..
It worked after that. The next day he called me and said it died.. wouldnt crank when he left school.

new battery and all is good now...

connect the scan tool. and log the PID

Battery Voltage GM.VOLTS

That will give you a exact reading..
Connect and see what it is with your key on but not cranked...
