Default Bank 2 O2 not responding... any ideas?

So a little while ago my PLX wideband stopped working altogether. well today i just decided to put the stock O2 back in place of the wideband sensor and re-enable my fuel trims but the sensor is not responding. it just constantly reads about 500mV. its too dark to check for power to the sensor right now but any other ideas? i had the wideband draw power from the stock O2 heaters so i'm thinking maybe i blew a fuse. would the heater not functioning cause the sensor to act this way? any ideas welcome. thanks in advance.

Sure you have the front wires hooked up and not the rear?
