So, what's your plan for putting those honeycombs in without folding them up? I'm not trying to be pessimistic. I'm here to learn. From your mistakes if necessary......

Haha! :p Looks like I'm gonna just make um. Can't find the type I'm looking for, for the right $$$. I can build them, but it takes about an hour that I could be using for something more productive.

the MAF housing is slightly smaller than 100mm, so i am thinking i am going to put the screens in the pipe prior to the MAF housing... There will be about an inch bwetween the sensor and screen this way, front and back... this should keep the airflow straight and the maf output extremely stable.

but in short i will just have to wait until i get the pipe in to test out some stuff...

Would this work? 15" piece of ABS plastic. In one of the reviews, a guy says the inside diameter is 3.95"

I know is a subwoofer port tube, but its still ABS plastic.

Dayton Audio PT4-ST 4" x 15.75" Straight Tube 268-338

Nice find! I may get one of those for mine, and get rid of the steel pipe.

Ya, that's the slot style. I can get those too in steel but I was looking for the 1 1/4" round hole style the stock NNBS trucks use.
