Hey guys, ive been off of here for like 3-4 months now, just been enjoying the summer and not enjoying my lack of a job(and mod money).

Ive tried getting in touch with Charlie by email and phone off and on through summer and these past couple weeks and haven't been able to get in touch. Is he alright, still doing tunes?

I wanted to drive down to houston and have him work on my tune in person like we'd talked about before(cant really do an accurate tune on a 408 via mail) but cant until I get in touch with him.

hes having some family problems right now and hasnt been online as much as usual. keep trying and im sure he will respond.

 

i tired emailing him the other day and havent heard anything but since he's having family problems no rush at all. hope everything is alright

 

everything is gettting better. he should be getting back to yall soon.

 

yea i got an email from him just yesterday. i'm assuming hes got a bunch on his plate now and is putting his personal issues first, which is of course is a no brainer. kinda of sucks knowing your truck is the last thing on his mind when hes tuning it but i'm sure by now hes does tunes in cruise control anyway.

when hes all set and done with my tune i want to give him credit for his excellent customer service

 

we went bowling last friday and he said he's doing overtime catching up right now. he's doing tunes left and right at this point trying to get back on top of the game. he's probably running out of PCM's by now haha.

 

Still no luck.. And unfortunately I had problems registering for his websites forum.. I registered and now cant log in. I tried again, but it wont let me since my email address is already used there with first login name. Gah.

Ive got to pass inspection next month and still have SES lights and driving two footed. =(

Awesome. I havent had a chance to copy the tune file and logs yet, and actually, the logs were lost with my laptops reformatting, unless I have some old ones still in email. If you could, call me after 1:20 or so, I have a test at 12:50 that should be over by then.
