Default another cat question

I put Gibson shorties on my truck a couple of months ago and ive had to replace both of my front o2s.

Now im throwing a "P0430 (catalyst system efficiency for bank 2 is below threshold for the current engine operating conditions)"
I was wondering what exactly this means, and what i should do. If its not effecting my performance I'm just gonna put o2 sims on.

I know I should put on lt's and an ORY then get it tuned to delete the rear o2s but im trying to stay as leagal as possible and be able to pass inspection.

I doubt you'll pass emissions w/ that code. Your rear o2 on the passenger side is reading too close to your front pass. side o2. Maybe replace the rear pass. o2. How did you replace the fronts? Do they disconnect somewhere?

Ya I already replaced the passenger side o2. After replacing it I reset the codes and the ses light came back on after about 100 miles. It was reading the same code so I reset the computer again, and the ses light came back on after only 9.4 miles. By the way the truck runs fine (no loss of power form clogged cats) and no rattling (from a busted cat). Ive read a ton of old posts and couldn't really find anything that helped.

The front o2's just unscrew from the y-pipe infront of the cats.

lol, i know that they unscrew, but i was wondering if there was some sort of connector for the wire somewhere so they don't have to be chopped.
