Ok guys have an 04 return less style system put an Aem 320lph pump in and have ran into a few issues first issue was low pressure like 20 psi found the fuel hose they sent separated in the tank truck would start idle and shut off so pulled the pump again replaced the line and now at idle I have about 62psi and will idle all day long but as soon as I touch the gas the truck just dies is there something in the tune I need to change I read about the pwm could that be causing my issue?

 

04 doesn't have PWM, what does the pressure do as this stall occurs?

Ok now it won't even idle pressure does not drop at all it will start try to idle and I can kind of keep it running playing with the throttle never had an issue like this before idk if swapping to return style would even help any
