I have a 99 silverado and the lights to the instrument panel are out. The 10 amp fuse in the side box, side of dash appear to be ok, at least the one titled instru is ok. I have looked at the box under the hood, but I m not sure which one is good to look at.

Can anyone help me out here?

 

have you try your dimmer switch?

 

You mean clicking it? I think I have.

 

theres should be a wheel like thing to the left you go up and down on up is bright down and down is less-bright.

 

That works too. However, it does not turn on the lights.

 

The dimmer switch is broken. Bright lights will not stay on.

 

A new one is only $30.
