the injector balance test results are as follows,

Bank 1
Injector 1 off LTFT change +11.7%
Injector 3 off LTFT change +11.7%
Injector 5 off LTFT change +17.2%
Injector 7 off LTFT change +17.2%

Bank 2
Injector 2 off LTFT change +6.3%
Injector 4 off LTFT change +9.4%
Injector 6 off LTFT change +14.9%
Injector 8 off LTFT change +19.6%

a large difference from the lowest to greatest change.

I'm really not sure what good vs bad looks like so I'm going to perform this test on my known good running Denali and see what the changes look like on it to have something to compare my readings to.

the average LTFT's on this truck while idling are -8.6% on Bank 1 and -6.3% on Bank 2

I have another set that came from the 4.8, it was running fine when we pulled it so swapping them should give me an idea if they are the problem.

Going to swap them as soon as we get the time to do it.

I'll report back and update this post on the outcome,

I'll see if I can get the tunes and post them,

thanks for the help

You can run an 02 OS in a 99 as I have done it before. But everything needs to be set up correctly.

This is why I asked for a copy of the tunes.

The 6.0 injectors, if they sat for a period of time could be gummed up and causing the issue.

If it's lean, It could be the EGR tube not properly Sealed, The Intake manifold gaskets if they were not replaced.

You shouldn't have to change the MAF settings to make it run. To me that's a sign that you have a mechanical issue.

Lolking at the change from balance test id say he has an injector issue... Provided spark is good and there is no drop in compression on the cylinders with the lower or higher change percentages...
