98 vortec 383 tuning issues

Most cars/trucks as in 1995 and older were TBI. All 1996+ trucks and cars are all sequential as that affects emissions quite a bit, power not so much.
What are you tuning this beast with? Jet DST or Tunercat?
What math did you cut in 1/2?
