Default Tuning Question - Procharger Setup (2012 Silverado 5.3L)

I'm trying to get running my brother's 2012 Procharger setup for his 5.3L. I've already tune the truck when it had a K&N intake on it and it ran fine. However, we added the procharger P1SC-1 running the 4.00 pulley and 3 core intercooler. I have turned off all the diag. codes that I've done in the past with superchargers (P0101, P0106, P0121, and P0068). No other codes are on the scanner. The fuel injectors are the stock flex fuel injectors at the moment as we were just trying to get it running so all values are stock. He bought the kit used so piping was missing but we ran the stock BOV on the passenger side (intercooler to MAF/throttle body) piping instead of how Procharger had it on the driver's side.....this I wouldn't think would cause the issue but may.

Fuel trims are going crazy -12.5 to +7 switching in that form thus causing surging. The surging is from idle to about 2000 rpms. The surging is really bad at idle dropping rpms suddenly to 400ish and up to 650ish. However, rpms seem to stabilize when the fuel trims stay around -2 to +2 which I assume my MAF values are close but something else is a miss.

Does anyone have a stock 2010+ Procharger tune that I could see. I'm using HP Tuners or is anyone willing to look at the tune I have for it and see if they see anything?

Thanks!

If ur saying the Maf is located before the intercooler and not after which would be closer to the throttle body, that might cause some surging.
The Maf on the new trucks is very sensitive.
Also the orientation and position of the Maf will cause issues if the ECM doesn't like the position.

Negative, the MAF is located after the intercooler. It is located after the last 90 degree turn that the piping makes before it goes toward the engine.

Thanks for the reply. The MAF is located on the pipe between the intercooler and throttle body.

I've tried tuning the MAF and got the fuel trims close, upped idle to 600 rpms from 550rpms and also increased min airflow values but nothing I've done has seemed to help. Reverse holds steady for the most part though.

Page 1 has a current pic of where MAF is located is that will help out. Since then I have cut the pipe behind the MAF so that we could rotate it around to try and get a better reading. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
