Default 60lb Inj. Offset info

Does anyone have any info on what kinda offset the 60lb injectors like on a returnless fuel system. My table is kinda working but I am having some idle issues that I feel may be related to my offset being off.

DC_JUSTIN- Have you found any more info on the 60's? These things are being a PITA. Part throttle, WO etc. is perfectly fine but I am having a hard time getting my idle in line.

I'd waste your time on the phone, I only act like I know what I am talking about. LOL Post your tune up as it stands. I haven't checked that HPT thread lately, I am not sure where you are. How much have you screwed with the other tables and so on? Short Pulse Limit and so on.

Short pulse limit @ 2.0 , pulled fuel from the short pulse adder. Min pulse-1.03, still Rich in gear Idle but not Park idle... Rich in gear = 1.9-2.0 pulse width, where as in Park I am at 1.6-1.7PW. So its not that the injectors cant pulse low enough, it just wants to add too much fuel once in gear at idle.. I am messing with the offset right now. If I take the Min pulse any lower then 1.03 then I start to get injector misfires. I tried it at .98 and LEAN. Ill post up the current tune in that thread.

72.97836 73.43318 73.88521 74.33448 74.78106 75.22498 75.6663 76.10506 76.54131 76.97508 77.40643 77.83538 78.26198 78.68627 79.10828 79.52806 79.94563

When I check the spreadsheet, at rated 43.5psi the mototrons are rated for 63.2#'s which scales to the above. It will certainly change things, but I like a correct IFR as much as possible. Of course I won't lie, if I can't get it to eventually work, I'd **** with that table too, but it would be my last resort. Again, yes, these values will throw your tune out of whack as you know.

(just out of curiousity, have you zero'ed out pulse adder, just to see how your truck reacts?)

Mine don't misfire at .881 in min inj. But I do have a rich idle in gear as I told you before, I gotta get my **** through emissions, you have me curious now.

I've got mine opening/closing pretty much as they should, but haven't bothered to work out the differences needed for a return fuel system yet (Offset vs Volts vs Vac table). What do you have in that table now?

I will have to take a screenshot once I get home, I am across the pond for a couple weeks so no access to HPT at the time.
