Lean tip in OL is sorta tunable if you have transient tables. But I am on the side of the fence, whoopty doo, as long as it recovers instantly (a blip on the afr gauge) it'll be alright. Unless you're holty's truck, he gets kr when he goes over speed bumps.

Yep, quick blip that I have no idea how you could compensate for without a MAF other than tuning spots, VE bumps, no KR so I live with it.

KY- You will get a lean tip in if your 30KPA column of your VE is too lean, like when you transitition from no throttle into throttle. Even if you AFR error shows that the 30kpa column is rich, it usually shows rich unless you filter out all decel. When in fact allot of times its actually lean. Just a thought

O.K., The weird thing is it only runs lean for 30 sec. then runs fine. I'm sure the IFR could be messing w/ my VE table some (making it a pita to dial in), but I think my problem has more to do w/ SD mode. I had written it off as just a side effect of running 2barSD until you said you don't have this issue. If you don't mine I'd like to take a look at your tune also.
Here's my thread from hptuners.

Well I have been playing with allot more crap and its getting pretty close now, My idle is almost sorted out. I would like to know what the min Pulse width is that these injectors will fire at? Lowest I am seeing right now is 1.7 at a idle in Park. But for some reason my Idle in park and idle in drive wont line up. If I get it at 14.7 at one then the other goes about .5 to .6 richer. Better then yesterday, the tune I was messing with yesterday netted a 1.0afr difference. I have got my decel a little leaner but not where I want it. Was in the 10's now its high 11's mid to upper 12's.

What is your min pulse width set to? I was having rich decel issues until I lowered mine. I set mine at .684. Dewmanu said that was a little low. He set his at .88. You obviously need a lot less fuel durring decel. Dewey gave a lot of good calibrations in his post as far as pulse width and injector offset. I looked all over for specs to try to come up with something before without any luck.
Have you tried logging idle airflow vs. desired idle airflow for your difference in drive and park?
