The 6.0 keeps killing and getting false knock

It's doin good on the stalling out.
I did get stuck in some traffic moving really slow for about 15mins and when i would let off the brake to let it idle along the cam surge was pretty decent.
i OPENED up the scanner and used the idle control feature and lowered it down some and it stopped it but of course the idle was rougher so i put it back for now.
Any ideas?
