not sure about the wide band but you need to reset fuel trims you have a long term fuel trim of 7.0 meaning it thinks it lean and its adding fuel. so reset and log again before you mess with the pe. why is your timing so high? and it seems to flux around alot. there are probably so add and adjust tables that need to fixed up alittle.

man i haven't looked at a N/A scan in a long time... 100kpa and .72 g/cyl. 27* isn't unthinkable in a N/A setup for some people.
Hell with a wideband, you'll be done in 5 scans in N/A. I personally would turn off ltft/stft/dfco/cot overprotect/set maf fail to 0hrtz/set OL AFR command to 13:1 (so you can run up into the higher map/rpm safely)/reset trims, then drive around for 20 minutes or so until everything is nice and warmed up and log ve%error. Wash and rince a couple of times, no need to get crazy above 4000rpm. stay under it really. Then once you are happy, set maf fail back to stock and goto engine>airflow>dynamic airflow>and change the High RPM Disable to something like 1200RPM. This way you are only running on the MAF. Now, with a MAF%error histogram, log maf error. MAF takes quiet a few times to get nice and consistent. Once you have a nice clean MAF curve...reset everything back to stock and enjoy a nice responsive ride.
Spark is another beast to tune. Changing spark can screw with your ve table again, so some liek to get it setup before ve tuning.
Always drive nice and smooth, trying to get the highest amount of hits in cell as possible. It's all averages.
disclaimer, i left some things out, like smoothing and alot of perfection stuff, but that will get you going on tuning your ve/maf. Once those are damn close, the pe is easy. Just plug and play really.
as you try to learn and ask questions post up your tune too.
