Default 4l80e Swap Help!!!

I just finished up the 80e swap in my 01 Sierra. HPT did the 80e segment swap for me and I'm now having issues with the transmission not wanting to shift correctly and the TCC will not lockup unless I manually do it through HPT. Along with 80e swap I did a Circle D 3200 stall and 4.10 gears outback. I scaled the table for the 4.10 gears.

I have triple checked my wiring to make sure that it's like the write up on here. I wired the ISS plug into the PCM in pins 22 and 23 in the red connector and swapped the brown wire with the white one on the main connector. When driving down the road the speedo reads extremely slow compared to actual speed. At 60 it reads 30. At speeds above 40 I get code C0238.

C0238: CONDITIONS FOR SETTING THE DTC

Any wheel speed differing from the vehicle speed by greater than 10%.
The vehicle speed is greater than 40 km/h (25 mph)
No unexpected wheel acceleration: anything that generates consistent differences between the wheel speed signals.

I attached my tune. Any help would be appreciated!

I thought you only swap the brown and white wires if you DON'T do a segment swap? don't listen to me though I am far from the authority on this, I'm still trying to figure t his whole 80E swap thing out myself before I do it. Wiring of any kind scares the hell out of me.

did you follow those instructions closely? I can't really help you with the tune, but try comparing your tranny tuen file to that of a truck with a 4l80e from the factory.

To the best of my knowledge you swap those wires regardless of a segment swap. There is another route you can go that utilizes a few relays and your 60e tune. Also, you don't have to add the front VSS sensor to the PCM.

Yes, I followed those instructions very closely. I have checked my wiring now several different times now. I didn't go the exact route that those instructions illustrate. I just cut the brown and white wires on the trans plug and soldered the brown to the white lead from pin S. I then ran 2 wires to pins 22 and 23 (red pcm connector) from the PCM to the front ISS sensor.

With HPT I can hear the 1-2 solenoid and 2-3 solenoid click. While driving I can also get the TCC to lockup.

After doing some more reading I've found that some 6.5 turbo diesel guys have had some trouble with with VSS/OSS sensors. Sometimes they work erratically or won't work at all and can cause the problems that I have mentioned above. So I ordered a pair of new sensors for the ISS and OSS for the 80e. I'll report back tomorrow.

I forgot to mention that this 80e was a 4x4 converted to 4x2 transmission.

Good News! I figured out my swap problem! My trans builder forgot to add a rear VSS reluctor ring! (4x4 Conversion 4l80) Luckily he's a good guy and he is going to take care of it all.

For whatever reason the rear VSS sensor was still getting a reading from the components in the transmission. This would explain all my weird issues with the tune.
