Does anyone have some tune files for a 4.8 auto? The truck is an 04 and I have HPtuners

Was looking for a basic tune file with TQ MNGMNT removed, and try to eliminate the bog when i punch it from a dead stop. Also the other basics that I've missing w/an auto, lol.

I haven't had an auto for a few years, lol. All 5spd trucks or 6spd cars, lol.

I need some help if anyone is out there...My ride is throwing DTC P0332 which is one of the 2 knock sensors, the front one I believe. I changed my plugs and wires also put the 93 tune back on the truck with a bottle of 104 octane boost to maybe calm the knock I can't hear. Cleared it off drove arund and it came right back. I've been looking into replacing them both, but it seems like a big pain. Any advice is welcome.
