Default 4.3 tune critique

hey guys, got my first and so far its pretty good. more power, turn tires easily ect ect. priority is mpgs of course.

i have a 2002 sierra with a 4.3 5spd. i took a 2003 4.3 turn and swapped over the fueling bits seeings how im running the 2003+ fuel injectors. iv got a customer exhaust, trimmed throttle blade, electric injectors and k&n air filter. oh and iv also turned off egr and corrected timing for it. iv included the tune and the config file.

couple questions i have, lets say i have what i think is a "lean surge" up hill at a certain speed/rpm/engine load. i want to try and add some fuel. if the concern is in OPEN LOOP i know i adjust the MAIN VE tables. now how do i make adjustments for CLOSED LOOP?

all your guys's help and opinion will be greatly appreciated.
