Default 4.3 Tune?

I searched but nothing came up relating to a v6 being tuned. My dad has a rcsb 04 4.3 and wants a little more throttle response. Can blackbear tune v6s? If so, has anyone had it done?

You will get alot better throttle response and transmission shifting with a tune. Minimal gains at the track from my point of view. I say its worth it for the shifting changes.
