Default 3 Year Sitter Want Start..HELP!

Can someone point me in the right direction,Just picked up this 99 4.3 silvy,50k miles, Truck has been sitting for 3years,Would'nt start poured gas down the TB,would run,But fuel pump was'nt runing, thought surely that was it,put a new one in, pump comes on,pumping like a sob,But still want start, what the hell? One thing I did notice though was the fact that the security light was not flashing when you open the door like I thought they were suppose to do ,But this truck is manual windows, and doorlocks,I'am thinking this is part of the problem,Sorry for the long spill guys,But just needed to explain things..Oh yea checked all the fuses....

Check for rotted wiring and iirc they still have distributors. Check for corrosion on the cap and rotor.

iirc?...Truck runs fine as long as your spraying gas down the throttle body, where is the regulator at on this thing, could that be part of the problem,Sensor?

It's getting spark, just not fuel. The regulators on the 4.3L's are under the top half of the intake manifold.

If the regulator isn't bad, you probably have a bad injector assembly. Either way the top half of the intake manifold has gotta come off. Sucks dude

You might have some corrosion in the fuel line and its stopping up your fuel filter. I would change all the cheap stuff first before buying new injectors or rails.
