Default 2800 Stall, Built Trans, Tune changes???

I am going to be installing a fully built trans, with a PI2800 stall. Is there anything special i need to change in the tune for this? I figure Ill have to play with the shift points and Lockup values but I am moreless wondering about the force motor current and all that other stuff. It currently has a shift kit, servos and some mild parts in it. It will be getting everything in this build though, billet input and output shafts included. Thanks for the help...

i use drive on ramps and a low profile aluminum jack.

Raise your brake TQ management above your stall speed if you have not done that all ready... Mine is set to 5600, so it will never pull any timing...
