Default 2014 Code concerns... any help?

Ok it's been a while since I messed with HPT and I can't remember this particular process perfectly. I went to an ORY setup so I'm turning off the 02 codes so I went in and unchecked SES Enabled on the 4 pertinent codes P0036/37 and P0056/57, do I need to change anything in the drop down menus on those 4 codes (0-mil on first error, 1-mil on second error... etc etc) or leave those as set from the factory? Like I said I unchecked SES Enabled and that has worked so far but there is still an "OLD" code in the computer even after I cleared all DTCs, I'm assuming those will go away with some driving, or do I need to do something else within HPT to eliminate those? Also, look at the video attached here, there's some stuff that interests me, it says Fuel System "Incomplete" wtf? EGR "Incomplete" wtf? all those "incompletes" should that be of concern or are those something not supported on the new models?

You should set them to 3, no error reported. Also if there is a cat diag test somewhere on the enigine side of HPT for those new truck, disable that aswell.

And your truck has no EGR, stopped that back in like 01-02. Couldnt tell ya on the fuel system one, I wouldnt be concerned with it.

The video doesnt work, as for the codes. SES enable just determines if it trips the check engine light. If you are tuning out a certain code then you have to select No MIL reported. If you just wrote the tune then those tests will not be complete, drive it for a bit and then hook up the scanner and check.

Its only things like setting SD mode that you would disable the light but leave the code to force SD.

Edit- There I linked the video for you

Did all this and the light was out initially, left the house and drove about 35 miles and the light popped back on. Gotta get it back home and see what it's for. I knew I should have brought the laptop with me!
