Default 2005 Suburban thru a bunch of codes

My wife was driving our stock 2005 Suburban home from work, just cruising along and the check engine light came on. When she got home, I started the truck and while in park, it idled fine but when I put it in drive the idle dropped too low and stumbles. I need to fix it asap as I'm trailering some snowmobiles up the the UP on this coming Thursday. I had the codes read and they are as follows:

p0131 o2 circuit bank1 sensor1 low voltage
p0300 random misfire
p0131 o2 circuit bank1 sensor1 low voltage
p0171 lean condition
p0300 random misfire
p1133 insufficent switching bank1 sensor1

Me thinks its a bad o2 sensor. BTW, its been -15*F out the last few days, dunno if that would have anything to do with it. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

The truck is also spewing black sooty smoke.

Sounds like your drivers side front 02 sensor is bad, or your MAF is bad....
