2 bar map wiring
#1
I got a 2012 silverado im putting a 2 bar map in. Well I had to get an old style pigtail in cause the one from the truck wouldnt fit. Well I wired it up by color matching the wires but with the key on truck off it goes straight to 177kpas. And it doesnt change when the truck is trying to.start. does anyone know if the wires are supposed to be wired differently?

Ok I trieda couple different map sensors. And I figured out something weird. I changed the linear offset to get it to read correctly but it had to be changed alot from where I think it should be. Right now its set to 100 and it idles and drives fine. Is that normal to have to.be adjusted that much? It was set at 200 just like my truck is. And mine has no problems.

Scalar should need to be changed that much, but the offset shouldn't. These are my settings with a 2.5 bar.

{C6302} MAP Sensor Offset 13.007813
Original 1 bar settings are
{C6301} MAP Sensor Scaler 94.433594
{C6302} MAP Sensor Offset 10.332031
