You just set B0120 to something like 1200rpm and it will run exclusively off the MAF over that RPM for tuning it with the BEN factor.
Ah I see. So if I'm getting over 512 g/s the only solution is SD?

You're leaving so much on the table without the custom operating system beyond just 2 bar capability.

I'm getting the same feeling. I won't mention names, but my tuner is a well-known tuning sponsor. I don't want to step on his toes, as he has far more tuning experience than I will ever have. He is using a stock OS 1 bar MAF tune for one reason or another. Perhaps he thinks my goals are within the limits of the stock OS and MAF. I sent him an email about going COS but haven't gotten a reply yet. If he doesn't do it then I will once he's done with my 1 bar tune.

I was under the assumption you were trying to keep everything in the tune factory 1 bar/Maf for Cali emissions/regs or whatever. Since that's not the case though, do the COS without question. I initially ran my setup on the stock 1 bar with Maf and realized how stupid of me it was to even consider that.

With the COS you can pull timing based on boost levels, tune the entire boost ve table (2 bar), valet mode, etc.

No regs to worry about. Do you run the MAF or did you go to SD?
