got a 08 crew 1500 Z71 whats the cheapest way to make the truck not cut off at 98,

probably a wait4me tune.
But IMO cheapest isn't best.
spend a few more bucks and get a tune from someone with a good rep around here.
Plenty to choose from.
You didn't buy the cheapest truck did you?

Agreed.

Wheatley does some killer tunes, along with Nelson tunes.

I'd check around for local tuners first, they might be able to offer quicker customer service, or better deals.
