You have to do it 1 at a time for the tables that are changed.

You can go into your OS and double click on the upper left corner of the table it will highlight all values.
Hit cntrl c at the same time to copy and then go to the 2002 OS and click the left upper corner to highlight all values and hit cntrl v to paste.

You can use the fan values from a 2005-07 classic to start with.

So I finally got around to changing my OS. I did a full flash and started it up and no fans! The fans seem to be working properly off of temp control. HoweVer when I turn on the a/c the high fan does not come on. Is there anyway to have the pcm control the fan when the a/c comes on or will I just have to tap into the a/c wire??? I have the a/c setup to control fan 2 instead of the recirculation door.

My Harness had a deal to tap it to the AC under the fuse box as described in this thread---> https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...-chevy-484892/

I am not sure how you would tie it into the harness you have.

Have you tried recirculation instead of fan 2 to see if it controls the fans that way?

When I turn the AC on I get two fans low and not one fan high. I only get two fans high if the truck is very hot.

Is used the PCM of NC fan harness. They happen to be on sale for easter right now.

1999-2002 Full Size Truck Dual Fan Conversion Kit

I didn't get any pictures of the install but I have a another harness I can take pictures of.

It's really a nice piece for the money.

As mentioned it uses pin's Red 33 and Blue 42 along with an AC trigger wire under the fuse block.

It controls high and low with heat range as well as high when the AC system cycles.

It looks like I would need this harness to control my fans with the a/c on. Might have to upgrade one day! Thanks again for all of the help!
