$0540 incompatible OS

$0540 incompatible OS
Truck: 2007 vortec max 4x4
Donor trans: 2006 2500hd 46k
After completing my 4l80e swap on Monday I went to download my tune I got from Justin at BBP. It came up fail abort and this $0540 code. I emailed Justin Monday morning and haven't gotten a reply. I know Justin is a busy guy but the trans is in limp mode and still sitting. Mainly I want to know is there anything that I could of done wrong as far as wiring that could cause this? I don't want to sit here and wait on a tune that may or may not fix it.
