FS: 03 SSS in SC, blacked out everything
I dont want to do it but I have to sell. There are absolutely no problems with it at all. It has about 74,000 miles on it now. I am a GM tech and I took very good care of everything: Mobil 1 ever 3K miles, new transfer case fluid, rear end and front diff too, and I put DEX VI in the trans about a month ago when I did the mods to it, new plugs, new front wheel bearings, I put on a P/S pump last week, new belts, cleaned the injectors and TB... All the preventative maintenance has been taken care of.
It has a warranty that will transfer to the new owner too, I think it lasts until 08/2010 or 111,000 miles, Ill check to be sure
You can see the full list of mods in my garage (link to SSS.com garage) and see that I have spent almost $10K on everything, and thats no money for installation since Ive done it all myself. Ill go over some of the stuff though:
Nitrous: I bought a wet kit from a friend, 10lb bottle with heater, its got a NOS brand TB plate with 100 shot jets in it, and NOS fuel and nitrous solenoids with a 6an line running to the bottle. I put on a purge kit too which sprays straight up from the wiper cowl trim. The bottle is hidden in the speaker box under the back seat and when I get the engine covers back from my friend who's painting them gloss black they will cover everything under the hood so there is no way to tell its got nitrous installed. Ive got the switches hidden too. Ive only went through one bottle so far.
Entertainment: Avic-D3 in dash TV, touch screen with iPod hookup and bluetooth adapter for your phone so you can hear through the door speakers. MTX 12" sub and 400watt amp in custom speaker box under back seat. It sounds really good. Oh yeah the TV plays DVDs while youre driving cause I wired it up like that.
Engine and exhaust: I made a custom intake that pretty similar to all the other ones you would buy for $200+, and its got a K&N filter thats pretty damn big with a 4" pipe hookup. Doug Thorley shorty headers, deleted cats with the PCM setup for no rear O2 sensors so no CEL, and a Cosra sport exhaust- no exhaust leaks whatsoever.
Trans: Corvette servo installed and line pressure increased at the pressure regulator, it shifts really good and firm.
Other stuff: bed cover, tinted tails by sprayed99, painted black SS side and tailgate emblems, slotted rotors up front, energy suspension sway bar bushings, 8000K high and low beam HIDs, fog lights, Escort SRX radar detector + lazer jammer with external speaker and LED display, I took the headlights and turn signals apart to paint the reflectors black... Theres a bunch more but Im tired of typing.
Please feel free to ask any questions, Im probly gonna put it on ebay in a month or so if there not enough interest. Im asking $24,000 for it as is, but Im willing to take offers. Thanks for looking
