Great condition and tastefully upgraded 2009 Tahoe LT with leather seats, 17" Z71 package aluminum wheels, aluminum block 5.3 flex fuel V8. Miles are 237,000. The miles are high but they are all highway miles, this has been my wife's vehicle and she has a long commute to and from work, as well as lots of family road trips. I've used nothing but synthetic oil changed every 4,000 miles as well as kept ahead of all maintenance items. I have a thick folder of maintenance records dating back to 2013. Everything works. It drives great and averages about 15/20 city and highway mpg, can see 22 mpg on the highway at 60-65 mph. Clean title and title in hand.

Only reason we are selling is that we have a third kid on the way so had to upgrade to a Suburban.

Items installed in the last year include 4 new Michelin LTX tires (10/32nd tread depth currently), NGK spark plugs, BG fuel injector treatment, new mirror caps, Sylvania headlight bulbs, and in 2017, all new brake pads, new Centric rear rotors and calipers, and brake flush.

Upgrades include front Kicker 6.5” speakers, Eibach rear swaybar, Spohn rear adjustable panhard bar (significantly improved highway stability), TruCool transmission cooler, front window tint, AIRAID intake tube, OEM GM chrome LTZ grill, and Wheatley custom performance tune including displacement on demand delete and top speed limiter removal.

Owner for last 5 years and my company car before that, very OCD on maintenance and upkeep, please ask any questions.

Nice. If I could find a buyer for my 2002 at about 4500 I'd be a buyer myself.
