Default 2001 Silverado ECSB Z71

I am regettably listing my truck for sale, it is a 2001 Silverado ECSB Z71 with ~169K on the clock. The truck was in pristine condtion until some asshats stole it on 2/25/2014. The truck was recovered, but missing some parts. There is a thread in the Texas Section, go check it out.
The insurance informed that the cost of the parts is too high and they want to total it out. I don't want to see it go to a junk yard and be parted out. I spent too much time on that truck. I will sell it as is for whatever the insurance company charges me to buy it back. I also have many of the missing parts in OEM form that I will sell for a lump sum. If you are interested please let me know ASAP. Price to be update when I know.

Details
The truck is missing:
Tailgate,
spare tire cover and lock
Wheels
Grille
Battery
Front Lights
Air box and tube and MAF
Gauge Cluster
Cluster bezel
Headlight switch,

From the the best I can tell what needs repair is:
Driver side door, from where they got in
Ignition on the steering column
It appears most of the plastics around the steering column are salvageable, but I would only know once I started putting things back together.

Parts I have in storage:
Stock Cluster
Stock Grille
Stock Headlights
Stock Parking Lights
17" wheels with tires (but 2 tires are leaky)

Some of the modifications to the truck:
Painted flares and bumper cap, mirror caps
Long tube headers
Misc interior upgrades,
05+ tails
Puddle lamps
Dyno tune
HID Fogs
rear sway bar

Other than the door, the paint and body are strait as the day it was stolen, I had a guy out doing PDR that morning. there are a couple minor scratches from before the theft, there are a few scuff marks that can be buffed out from the theft. I have all maintenance records. I worked as a detailer for many years and the truck was ultra clean inside and out. I owned it for 8.5 years.
