1999 RCSB with 2001 LQ4, Waco, Tx

Looking to get rid of this truck to pay off my debts. I am not in a huge rush to sell the truck and the following is the most accurate and honest description I can give of the truck.
The truck body is a 1999 with 108k total miles on it, the engine is a 2001 LQ4 with 65,000 miles on it. The truck needs to have its wiring harness looked over and wires traced as it is throwing a code that is causing the trans not to shift. The engine runs perfect, the transmission was rebuilt in 2006 or 2007 and has at most 8k miles on it. The truck has a factory open rear differential with 3.23's in it and ran a 14.7@94MPH in 2006. This run was in full street trim. It has less than 15 trips down the track and has been driven about 1.5 years over the last 4 years because of modding and wiring issues. The wiring issues stem from the 4.3 v6 to 6.0 v8 swap. It will come with the following installed parts: Wheatley tune, K&N 77 series CAI, LS1 efans, yellow top battery, kicker 0 gauge amp kit, pacesetter lt headers, LQ4, fully built 4l65e transmission built by jerrys transmissions in Garland, TX, the cab is fully sound deadened 2 and 3 times over in some spots with edead, it has infinity kappa perfect 4x6 plates and 6.5 components(perfect as well), kicker comp vr 12" subs in a probox being pushed by a rockford fosgate T10001bd amp, power leather bucket seats(tan), pioneer headunit, OEM escalade handles, matching tailgate bezel and tailgate latch pull is solid chrome as well no overlay BS, factory mirrors painted to match, top bumper pad painted to match, valance painted to match, factory tailgate holes have been shaved(at the top usually under a tailgate cap), painted to match RST spoiler from a regency RST truck, all decals have been removed, 2 inch lowering shackles, 20" American Racing Vanguards Chrome, true dual 2.5" stainless steel exhaust with hooker aerochamber mufflers, FBI rollpan, painted to match bowtie(on factory grill), clear corners, 03 tails. clean title.
The bad:
bed is dinged up inside(fender wells) from a compressor that fell over a long time ago
body shows normal scratches for a 99, not used as a work truck just used
trucks never been in a major accident(over 5mph), was backed into by a f250 and had parts replaced with oem stuff because my friend owns a body shop and i would accept no cheap stuff just be thrown on. had a decent size dent repaired by him on the drivers side door in 2008 because a cart hit my truck at lowes(work).
Steering shaft rubs slightly on the headers because pacesetter doesnt have the greatest fit and finish.
oil pan gasket needs to be replaced, it has oil on it because the engine sat on a pallet for 3 years before i could install it and ruined the gasket.
Needs new ABS module(lights are on on the dash)
I am going to start at $4500 for it and I'm pretty firm because i make good money and dont have to sell it but it would speed things along as far as paying off my bills go. If I decide later on that I want to part the truck out I will make a post, please do not ask to separate anything at this time. I have a ton of extra parts laying around that I would throw in for the buyer if wanted(mostly replacement interior pieces i have accrued over the years). The truck runs as it sits but needs to be looked over with a fine tooth comb to see why it is throwing that trans code(it is not the trans it IS wiring related). It only throws 1 code, nothing more. The trans is fine and has been shifted manually with a snap on computer through all gears.
This is a great base vehicle to build on and has the right stuff to go fast just needs the time that I just don't have right now. This is the only vehicle I have ever owned(since 2001) and it kills me to even put it on the market but I need to start my adult life. Pm me any questions I will be glad to answer them as honestly as possible.

are the parts pictured currently not installed? if so what interior is currently in it? can it be driven? more pics to dscurran@comcast.net what are those wheels? very interested.

guys if i sell it, i've got a deal with jts gto setup. I will know soon and will post once the final decision is made. i'm leaning towards selling it but i know that if i do jts is going to buy it, if something changes which I highly doubt it will there will be posts made on it.
