Edit: to make the deal even sweeter I will throw in the EFILive software and cable(version 1) plus the wideband for an extra 100.00

Right now there is a minor issue I was going to fix before I started plummeting the price. In 2nd gear at WOT the valve body will not shift to 3rd(sometimes). Part/low throttle it works fine. Sometimes it works sometimes it dont. Since I am giving this thing away the new owner can fix it. I am confident it wont cost much.
