I have a 5 speed standard 360 gas engine dodge ram extended cab with 119000 miles on it. Truck is NY inspected and i drive it everyday with no issues. Would make a great work truck. Last spring i replaced both front wheel bearings, front rotor/brakes, upper and lower ball joints, last month have replace steering stabilizer shock, control arm, front u joint, steering box brace, track bar. The truck is okay condition for a 97 truck, has a dent in the passenger side right behind the door, rust on passenger front fender and a little where the dent is behind the passenger door but in decent shape for a 97. passenger rear window in broke out but taped up. The 4x4 does not work, grinds going into forth gear(needs the sinkroid) and smokes only when high in the rpm's. It needs a transfer case for the 4x4 to work and a pletuim gasket to make it stop smoking. You can get the gasket it needs for 60 dollar from the dealer, common prob with this year truck. It has after market 16.5 chrome rims with goodyear 36 inch mud tires on them but running stock rims and tires right now. AKING 2500 OR BEST OFFER BUT CAN GET THE PARTS FOR THE 4X4 BUT WILL RAISE THE PRICE ACCORDINGLY. Text me at 315-323-8045.
