Default 07 GMC Sierra crew cab SLT V Max 4x4

I am selling my 07 Sierra crew cab with 80K miles on it in preparation for my new truck to arrive. Has ran flawless and had Mobil one since first oil change. Truck has a 3' rough country lift with 35" toyo M/T's with about 50% tread left.
Truck is loaded with most every option minus navigation.
Truck private party blue books is:
Excellent: $24,900
Good: $23,800
I have title in hand and would like to sell it out right to an individual if the price is right.
ASK $23,000 and will entertain REASONABLE offers. Reasonable is NOT trade in or below so don't waste your time.
If you have any questions call or pm me do not reply in the tread.
Thanks Ryan 713-553-3749

off topic but...Did the 35's rub at all? Also, did you have to run the 1/4" spacers with the rough country lift to run the stock 20's?

thanks in advance,

Jed
