No tint, normal california license plates. Had a siren and lights in the windshield.

Guy was cool. He let me off even though i was going about 98 passing a bunch of slow traffic.

Wtf? I probably wouldn't have pulled over honestly. They say that if a suspicious car tries pulling you over to drive to the nearest police station and call 911.

They are doing all kinds of funny stuff in california. Vans, Tahoes, Ford Rangers.

The guy was legit.

i just saw an undercover harley (seriously) on thursday. i think they'd make just about anything into an interceptor these days

CA state law requires "traffic" cops (CHP) to ride in 'marked' vehicles. Probably got stopped by a detective or something.

Unsure 100% he had civilian clothes on with a badge on his belt, I was out of it, I was on my way back from getting blood drawn. He ran my license over his radio while @ my window, they said no warrants. He told me to slow down, and I was on my way.

Undercover of some sort maybe?
