I've always been in and out of the gym, but lately it's been steady since I haven't been sent TAD anywhere in the last few months so my gym routine is stable again.

Anyway, I'm going to get an IPOD and juice it up with some motivational songs to keep me pumping heavy.

What are some of your favorites to get you stoked and ready while you lift?
