Default Who should pay the shipping?

Hey,

So I bought a set of headers off here which were listed as 1 7/8s. I got the box, and pulled a header out and I could tell right away that they were 1 3/4s.

It was an honest mistake on the seller's part, money was refunded and I mailed the package back, which cost around $50. Who should pay the return shipping, me or the seller? I feel the seller should pay that since I paid for something and got something else...

I thought u already had some ARH's?

For reference. On Egay if I buy somethin, I'm unhappy, I return, & eat the shpg. That said, what do u feel is fair? U didn't get what u truly thought u were, so in this instance, I say seller pays return shpg too. JMO

Hopefully, u guys reach amicable solution tho.

Another option, go 1/2's, but I honestly feel u hold the upper hand so to speak.

seller should pay, but if he's not willing, at least split it imo.
