So here it is...

my room mate called me this mornin after he walked out to his truck to go to school, and told me my tail lights were missing, so i went outside and the tailgate was down and they were gone.

whoever did it stole both taillights and the third brake light

police officer came, he dusted for prints, etc...

i live in a gated apartment complex, but i guess that won't stop them from stealing my ****

That sucks man... So what are you going to do for tail lights for the time being?

 

the 03+ tails are worth what $100 a set easy and they are real easy to walk off with.

they do that in houston too. he got lucky i guess. and yes welcome to houston where they will saw of your cats and take off with your condenser coil..

 

this actually happened to me too... but just took the drivers side tailight, yes just one...better watch it with you tailgate too, i heard theyre taking them as well.

Cousin had his stolen recently too (NW Houston). Never heard of anyone stealing the 3rd brake light though.

Probrably the same type of person that will steal a pair of $3 sunglasses from my truck, and leave money and a new cd player in the dash.

 

Yup, theives are retarded, annoying ******. Someone took the time to unlock my truck through the windows I left down maybe 0.5" in the UTA parking lot, all for some $10 sunglasses from WalMart. Woow.... They left all the important info in the glovebox, tons of receipts in the center console, etc.

 

if your buying some more i just bought some brand new ones with harness and bulbs for 92 shipped from ebay.
