Just making a poll here. What is your primary OS? XP, Vista, OSX, or various flavors of Linux? Why do you use what you use?


I run OSX because a) its pretty and b) I really really enjoy iMovie, iPhoto and finalcut. I'm also a snob.

I have an iMac g5, and a cute lil macbook.

I also use Vista for when I'm school and I dislike it. Next summer I may build a gaming rig on the cheap and it will most likely have XP pro installed.

I've fooled with Linux in a VM environment and it just didn't do anything for me, there's not much it does that Mac or Vista can not do.


But, let's try to keep this decent, no attacks between osx/pc and vista/xp.

i use XP and have played with vista but like the simplicity of XP SP3. I see no need to upgrade...yet.

I loved xp, but couldn't have my laptop loaded with it so vista it is, I like it soo far, just a lil getting used to...

dual boot XP and Mint on the Desktop and Vista on the Laptop.

Vista tends to take a long time booting the first couple times after an update.

 

yes because that 64 bit system will be so much better..

VISTA (32 bit)AND I LOVE IT wouldn't touch xp again..

 

Vista Home Premium - Bought a new PC last year and it came with it and I have had 0 problems with it, I really like it.
