i havent read it.. but im thinking its like public intoxication.. your allowed to CARRY a certian amount.. but not allowed to smoke and get high in public in denver.. so its still illegal to get "high"... idk that would be too confusing to me.

Actually, as pointed out in the article, the law has no practical effect, as possession is still illegal under state and federal laws. It was more of a political statement than anything else.

I just read that "mary jane" was legal I didnt read that the laws still made it illegal!
