Well the wife and I got back Monday night from 5 days in Vegas and it was awesome and we didnt even gamble much. First off 5 days is too much if you know what youre doing, 3 would be about perfect. We spent the first two days figuring out how to get alcoholic beverages without spending a small fortune and how to move throughout the city. I grew up in Houston and live in Austin so Im used to the big city scene but Vegas is a whole 'nother animal. A fun one though

Getting ready for the Bellagio fountains which IMO were one of the coolest things there, its a MUST see. Ive got a video Im uploading that Ill post once its done.


We found that buying a 12 pack for 15 and walking around with it was much cheaper than buying 8 dollar beers, between two heavy drinking guys you can polish it off before it gets warm

It was anwesome trip, next time we go we will go during the summer so we can hang otu by the pool. THere was so much we didnt have time to do but we can always go back

Looks like you and the missus had a great time Cody! You picked the right hotel to stay at when staying on the strip, it's the least expensive of them all. If you want cheaper still head downtown and stay at Binions. Happy birth-versary!

 

Eh Im a beer drinker, it was mainly for my wife but we did a round of shots off of it before heading out. Much better to catch a buzz before leaving the hotel and just maintaining rather than catch it after leaving. I prefer what my buddy had in his hand. We polished that off the next day and the ladies took care of the vodka. I usually dont drink that much but we were having a lot of fu in Vegas and celebrating a lot of stuff. Hell his GF's bday is in a couple days so we had a lot of January stuff to celebrate

I'm leaving for Vegas on the 24th of Feb. Staying in the Mirage again. Went for my 21st, and now, 3 years later, going back for my brother's 21st, my mom and dad's 25th aniversary, and they're renewing their vows.

We're all guarenteed at least 1 guys night for my brother's birthday... it's going to be out of control.
