i got my gf a project truck of her own yesterday. bought an 89 s-15 jimmy already has small block motor mounts, headers, exhaust, aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, corvette ralley wheels for $200. its really straight, nothing major and no rust. diversside door doesnt open cause someone tried to pry it open to get some heads out of it before they broke the back window. interior is complete with no tears, just a little faded. she met me when i was bringing it home yesterday and saw it, she is really excited to start working on it. i have a motor and trans at my grandpa's for it, just a mild 350 and 700r4 for now until she gets used to it, then something bigger will go in it. and she is doing all of the wrenching, not me. i'll try to post some pics later.

That's cool as hell, I dont think i've ever met any chick that works on car's at least anywhere near where I live. Dont forget to try out that new CRC Freeze off stuff
