Ha sounds about like the "criminal mischief" ticket i got at one time when i was mudding on some open land. he gave me that crap cause he couldn't stick me with a trespassing ticket after searching for a sign for an hr. A lot of times Cops are just plane dicks because they have the power to do so and a lot of times they are cool as hell. Generally the newbie,wet behind the ear cops cause the probs,but make a city lots of money in the mean time. I say all that coming from a Law enforcement background before the vultures decided to flame me.

I got a 80 in a 55 and a wreckless driving in the same month. last december, insurance hasnt gone up yet thank goodness.

the wreckless driving one was pretty freakin funny. I left a gas station sideways and didnt stop spinning for a long ways. Couldnt ever get it to straighten up and go so i just held it to the floor.
It was late one night after we got thru playing in some mud and i had some crappy all terrains on that were on their last leg anyway. My toyo proxes did better than they did in the goo..

I don't know if it's the same out there(prolly so) but, around here the cops have notes about each stop and the judge has them! Last time I was at traffic court someone got up and said "I was only doing 8mph over" or some crap like that and the judge said "NO, that's just what the officer wrote you up for! Looks like your ACTUAL speed was @#$@#$@$# and that's what you're getting charged with!" Only one person tried that! lmao

The cop that pulled me over told me to go to court, he did not show up!
