your going to lose more money missing a day of work then just paying the fine.

call me a fool, but in the event that (in my case at least) they were to bring in the radio traffic between him and control it would've sure as hell raised the fine. Believe what you like, Cali may be more lackadaisical but its more worth it to pay the $100? ticket than miss a day of with which I would assume is easily < $100.

take the smart route Bill

always go to court. you guys forget that a single ticket puts you at risk of doubled insurance costs. I learned a long time ago. Always go to court.

I agree 110%, I've fought maybe 10 or so tickets over the years, typically just get it knocked down to impeding traffic, but that's 0 points. never just give 'em what they want, make 'em work for it.

I have always had to pay court costs. I am sure the court costs are cheaper than the increase in insurance. I just hate going to court.

I am hoping i can get it toss out. I will take pictures of the road and explain my case. I like having no points on my license!
just make sure when you take the pics you miss your burnout marks. they wont be very good for your case.
