Default which truck?

I was recently trying to get an 08 Harley Davidson with the saleen package but I would of been to far upside down with my truck. So I put a whipple on my truck. Soon Ill have a good chunck of change saved up so Ill be looking for a new truck again but Im kinda torn which to get. An 08 Harley davidson crew cab or an 08 Denali and put a supercharger? Ive actually heard that its not to wise to put a supercharger on a 4wd is this true.

I vote Denali. I dont know why a 4wd wouldnt be FI friendly. There's several guys on here w/ FI 4wd's im sure that will chime in. Sometimes i wish i had a 4wd just so i could have traction at the push of a button.

I thought so. But I had heard that the gearing in the transfer case is incapable of taking over about 10 lbs of boost. Im wanting to run around 15 lbs

Nobody told me supercharging a 4wd wasn't a good idea...darn it!

What supercharger are you thinking of running? Either way I would go Denali. Check out 04Denaili's twin turbo awd build.

Tvs.....The tvs looks very promising, expecially for the boost levels you want.

Very tough choice indeed. I've been a GM guy my whole life but I think I'm going to say go with the ford. I'm assuming you don't have a need for 4WD, no snow or anything like that, if this is true definetly the ford. The whole truck is made for boost so everthing is already beefed up. The only thing you'd need to do is turn up the boost and roast those tires off.

Plus if you put 15 psi on a stock 6.2 (or any other stock, non FI motor) you're going to frickin grenade that thing in a couple of weeks.

I think you'll have a lot less invested in the Ford to go fast than you will with the Denali.

After the way the 6.2L in the escalade preforms with the TVS1900 on it, I vote for Denali and supercharge it.
